Default Our server is running ultra slow

Our VPS (66.90.73.7) is running like it is connected via dial up, I hope this is sorted within a few days or we will be forced to look else where for a cheap server. unless we are refunded for the days it is complety useless.

Oh and we raised a ticket and was told that your network is not coping, in which case why sell the damn thing to us and spoil it for your current customers?

Is it a bandwidth issue? My VDS appears to have disk access problems which make it run extremely slow. The helpless desk told me it'd be 24-48 hours before somebody will be there to look at it. Meanwhile I'm losing revenue.

if you people have that problem open a TICKET in the area of VIRTUAL SERVERS and tell him what is going on and ask for a REBOOT, some times works with that, maybe the server have a little error, and with a reboot works. and dont forget to put the

Oh, please. They've rebooted too many times already. The server is dying and nobody is home to fix it. This isn't my first time with this kind of problem--last time all files were lost because nobody noticed 2 drives in the RAID were failing before it was too late. There's no excuse for this so please stop trying to make up one.

you won't get a refund, the refund you demand is one which would be covered by an SLA, FDC have no SLA

They want to charge you if you dispute the credit card charge too. But Visa may have other ideas.

Visa will be on FDC's side in this one. As MQJames Pointed out there is no SLA and FDC isn't violating any terms of the contract. You will lose any protest and will probably be charged a fee for the failed protest.

I see no guarentee of I/O speeds or hardware replacement times, so, as such you should presume if anything happens it may take 2 years for a replacement

Hint to all: legal advise should not be taken from a gaming nerd that puts a lame graphic banner on every post.
